What is InfraCloud?
The InfraCloud is a cloud-based platform for 3D building management, developed by HydroMapper GmbH from Hamburg. It serves as a central source and workspace for the digital management, visualization, and analysis of building data – both above and below water.
What data can I display in the InfraCloud?
The InfraCloud is characterized by high compatibility and flexible data integration. It supports common surveying products such as point clouds, 3D meshes, photos, and panoramas as well as BIM models or other 3D data formats. Furthermore, you can enrich your digital construction with additional information – such as building books, inspection reports, plans, and documents of all kinds. This creates a comprehensive, centrally accessible database.
How do I obtain suitable building data?
For the 3D visualization of your building, you can either conduct a survey or have a digital model created. With many years of experience in all surveying disciplines and proprietary patents in high-precision underwater surveying, HydroMapper GmbH is one of the technology leaders in its industry. If you do not yet have suitable data, we will provide you with individual advice on the best data collection methods. Our quality parameters for data collection also enable you to formulate requirements precisely to external service providers, regardless of who conducts the survey. Alternatively, 3D modeling based on good existing documentation can be a particularly cost-effective solution.
What are the advantages of digital building management?
Digital building management revolutionizes the administration and maintenance throughout the entire lifecycle of a building. The InfraCloud creates complete transparency for the first time: all information is linked directly in the digital representation – instead of in scattered folder structures. Thanks to AI-supported damage detection, inspection processes according to DIN 1076 can be significantly accelerated – both in the office and in the field. Damages can be digitally recorded, classified, and partially automated in maintenance planning. Based on this, the InfraCloud enables predictions of damage developments, thus improving the decision-making basis for operators sustainably. Do I need prior knowledge to use the InfraCloud?
No. The InfraCloud is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly and does not require any technical expertise. We provide a user manual, conduct a personalized online training session, and assign you a dedicated contact person.
What do I need to use the InfraCloud?
In addition to structural data in suitable quality (see above), no additional licenses or devices are required. The InfraCloud runs on almost all common office computers. For optimal performance, we recommend a computer with a dedicated graphics card.
